Certifications and Affiliations
American Teleservices Association (ATA) member since 1998. The ATA's membership consists of call centers, trainers, consultants and suppliers. ATA members take advantage of services such as networking forums, business learning programs, state and federal government advocacy initiatives, research data, and the most recent news related to the Teleservices industry.
Call Centers CARE is a philanthropic initiative by the American Teleservices Association (ATA) through which all the ATA members can come together under this program to make a difference in their local communities by participating and contributing to various causes.
Direct Marketing Association (DMA) member since 2001. The DMA is the largest trade association for business interested in direct, database and interactive global marketing. The DMA offers industry information, learning opportunities, networking and legislative advocacy.
Corporate Plus Member of the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC). The NMSDC is one of the country's leading business membership organizations whose purpose is to provide a direct link between corporate America and minority-owned businesses. It was chartered in 1972 to provide increased procurement and business opportunities for minority businesses of all sizes.
Member of the Houston Minority Business Council. The mission of the Houston Minority Business Council (HMBC) is to actively involve its members in efforts that will increase and expand business opportunities and business growth for minority business enterprises (MBEs)
Member of the Florida Regional Minority Business Council. The Florida Regional Minority Business Council is a not-for-profit corporation established to foster the development and expansion of minority-owned businesses. FRMBC is committed to building mutually beneficial relationships between minority businesses and corporate and government buyers.
Texas Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) certified. The mission of the Texas HUB program is to encourage and effectively promote the utilization of Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUBs) by all state agencies, including institutions of higher education.
Member of the Georgia Minority Supplier Development Council (GMSDC). The mission of the GMSDC is to foster and expand mutually beneficial economic opportunities between certified minority business enterprises (MBEs), corporations, and government entities within the state of Georgia; and to help build a stronger, more equitable society by supporting and promoting minority business development.
Yellow Page Association (YPA) member. The Yellow Page Association is made up of publishers, marketers and suppliers responsible for producing Yellow Pages Directories. The mission of the YPA is to lead, serve, grow and advocate for the Yellow Pages industry.
