Etech has a dedicated Program Implementation department that undertakes the responsibility of launching all the new projects and begins the Implementation phase by working with the client to evaluate the project and understand the desired objectives.

A dedicated project manager is assigned for each project that undertakes the project from beginning till it becomes operational and stable. During this process, The Project manager follows unique processes including

• Microsoft Project for regular review of the project and view timelines
• Etech Project Manager (An automated Project Management tool created by Etech for managing all information regarding a project)
• Developing of different plans and action items for the Project Launch
• Project Design Document to define scope and deliverables for a project
• Dedicated personnel from each department for completion and excellence in execution of the program as per client's requirement
• Constant Calibration of the program till it becomes stable
• Post launch review to take the project to next level
